Both Honor of Kings and Delta Force were part of Tencent Games annual conference, SPARK 2025. Here's some details about what was revealed during the event: Honor of Kings – The highly anticipated animated series “Honor of Kings: Destiny,” featuring the beloved hero Kai, will debut on Crunchyroll soon. A new hero from the Three Warring States era coming in game was also introduced. The annual High 5 Festival thrilled fans with new gameplay. Meanwhile, except for the professional league and national leagues through out the year, with esports music festival and immersive theatre will be held in China, the King Pro League (KPL) Grand Finals will be held at Beijing’s National Stadium this year, which will be the first mobile esports event at this stadium. The recently announced collaboration between "Honor of Kings" and "Ne Zha 2" in China represents a landmark moment for the top game and animation IPs and the synergy between interactive entertainment and animated storytelling. Delta Force – Delta Force Mobile, developed by Team Jade and to be published by TiMi Studio Group, has surpassed 25 million global player pre-registrations. A new esports initiative was revealed at SPARK 2025, offering dual competition modes: Operations Mode and Warfare Mode. The first global tournament final is set for September, with more details to be announced soon.

Honor of Kings is part of the Green Game Jam, organized by Playing for the Planet and launched a specially curated forest-themed campaign that integrats ecological conservation into gameplay. Players can unlock rewards and transform their virtual achievements into measurable support for critical forest protections around the world. The new season of Delta Force is coming soon and in anticipation of it, game design director Ricky Liao spoke with GameRant about the title and it's place in the FPS genre. Among the highlights from the interview, here are some standout quotes from Ricky: "For Warfare mode, we want players to feel that each map is unique in its own way — that’s our philosophy when introducing new maps to this mode. For example, we’ll be adding an archipelago map where players can engage in both land and sea warfare. We’re also working on canyon maps that will offer more vertical space for players to explore, and urban warfare maps that will focus on close-quarters combat." And on the team's commitment to listening to the community: "The player feedback loop is always in the works. We have our community team constantly looking at all the comments players share about our game. Our designers are also very active in the community, with their DMs open for all sorts of player feedback and input, including myself. It’s this kind of openness, trust, and transparency that has helped us create a very organic and healthy community. They are happy and willing to share their feedback with us, which we truly appreciate. This also allows us to co-create the game together with our community. Very often, when we see something created by the players that we think is really nice and awesome, we’ll eventually implement that player-created content into our game."
