In the new single-player mode ‘Arcade Quest’, players can create their own avatar and conquer their rivals in a variety of different arcades. This mode serves as an introduction to the gameplay of TEKKEN 8, allowing players to acquire basic knowledge, learn practical techniques, and enjoy a unique storyline and battles different from regular matches. As the protagonist grows and faces increasingly stronger opponents, so do you!
Enter an immersive lobby where players can interact with one another and access new features and game modes. In the lounge, players can create custom Avatars, communicate with other players via chat and emotes, set up matchmaking, and experience the deep customization and variety of game modes via four distinct areas called Battle Area, Customization Shop, TEKKEN DOJO, and Beach Area.
In the Tekken Fight Lounge, players can go head-to-head with other players ghost data; AI generated NPCs that learn from the player’s play data history! Players can play against AI ghosts with real player-like movement that continues to learn player’s game play characteristics and habits with ease!
First appearing in Tekken 3, the beloved mini game is back and better than ever! In Tekken Ball, epic battles are "fought" on a beach volleyball court!
A very exciting mode for players that want to perfect their skills. Watch a replay of a match, and the game's AI will stop the replay at certain points to review your mistakes, tell you what the optimal action was, and let you practice it on the spot!
